Single row deep groove ball bearing

Single row deep groove ball bearing is the most representative structure in rolling bearing, which is widely used. In addition to the radial load, it can also bear the axial load in two directions. Small friction torque, most suitable for high speed rotation, low noise, low vibration applications. This kind of bearing, in addition to the open type, also has the bearing which adds the steel plate dust cover, the bearing which adds the rubber seal ring, or the bearing which has the stop ring on the outer diameter of the outer ring. Generally, steel plate stamping cage is used. For deep groove ball bearings, copper alloy cage is used for large size bearings. The main dimensions of BL2 and BL3 bearings are the same as those of 62 and 63 single row deep groove ball bearings. In addition to the open type, there are also ZZ type steel dust covers. In addition, when using the bearing, the position of the ball filling mouth of the outer ring should be regarded as the non load ring as far as possible. The cage is a stamping cage.
